Someone said i should do a fashion blog.. ok well that's a great idea except everyone and their brother does one, and although I tend to go buy the latest items offered from my favorite designers, I usually don't wear them immediately, yep I am slow. But I started one anyway so.. all daily outfits will be there from now on be prepared for older stuff lol. Link is in my list to the side :P

Part 2

Today is about the dress.... The dress took me a long time to find one I like and even at the end I was torn between 2 styles from the same designer, but given the setting of the wedding I chose the one that best fit. .I enlisted the help of Guenevere DeCuir to make a tatt that fit the feel of the dress, given the the feel of India to it she suggested a Henna wedding tatt, and that is what she made including a bindi, it is an amazing tatt, very delicate, it fit the dress perfectly. The rest were bits and oieces picked up here and there to go with the over all outdoors feel. A huge thanks to Guen for completing the dress :)

Setting Up

So I did something I swore I would never do, get SL married. Even in SL weddings are work, either you hire someone and pay a ton of lindens or, you do it yourself. Personally doing it ourselves seemed much more personal, and I think made the day a little more special.
So with the help of old friend Casper priestman who provided the land with 6k prims to spare lol I managed to set up and use less than 1k prims. Any way this post IM just gonna include some pics of the set up, why? cuz I want to! In the end it was a fun evening shared by some of our oldest friends in SL, Dont worry I will post more later :P

Time To Say Goodnight

So, I have passed the proverbial torch... so many reasons, so many years of being bitched at and about, people who have no clue how stressful it can be keeping a place like that going. In the end the choice I made... was partially the right one, partially not, Daisy would be livid, I'm sure, but I guess it cannot be helped, it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as well, but whats done is done, time to move on. I have learned who my friends who and who they aren't through this, of that I am amazed, people I wouldn't have expected to IM and offer kind words, and offers of this or that, those who I thought were friends who couldn't be bothered to IM because apparently they were too busy tripping over themselves to suck up to the new owner. At any rate at least I know right? I am walking away completely, I cannot bear to even be there, I just cant, my reasons are many and my own. To those of you who helped make SR awesome, thank you, and I hope you continue to visit and make it amazing still. SR is no longer my home, but it still has a place in my heart.
